Satik processes delivery addresses to provide address-quality checks. This page describes the implemented beta data handling.
What we store
Your workspace profile, verification records, API key hashes, and aggregate delivery outcomes. Raw phone numbers are removed from address text; optional phone signals use a keyed hash.
Retention
Original cleaned inputs and derived records have a maximum 13-month retention. Google response payloads and corrected-address response data are removed after 30 days. Batch inputs/results expire after 7 days; phone hashes expire after 90 days.
Who receives data
Address verification sends cleaned addresses to Google Maps Platform. Hosting and authentication use Vercel and Supabase. Tenant records are isolated; other brands cannot browse your customers’ addresses.
Your choices
Email hello@satik.in to request access, correction, or deletion. Production legal terms and provider-retention review must be completed before general availability.
